In December 1989, Richard established Gestion et Titrisation Internationales,
a management company authorized and regulated by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers ("AMF").
GTI's primary focus was the acquisition, recovery and management of debt and real estate portfolios in
Europe.
Richard has extensive experience in structuring, valuation, balance sheet reduction (involving loans,
project finance,
commercial real estate, leveraged finance and structured credit asset disposal processes). During his
studies in the US,
he was an assistant to Nobel Prize-winning economist Franco Modigliani.
He then worked at McKinsey in Paris and New York and at the US bank Smith Barney (now part of Morgan
Stanley),
where he created the securitization department. In New York, he co-led the securitization team,
which has become one of the leading teams on Wall Street dedicated to the resolution of complex financial
transactions.
Richard is a graduate of the École Polytechnique in Paris and holds a master's degree
from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge.
Advisor to the French Foreign Trade Council, Jean-Paul is Senior Advisor to the Groupe GTI.
Former Chairman of Carto Funding (Milan), Director of BLOM Bank (Beirut - Paris),
and l’ Asiatique Européenne de Commerce (Paris - Beijing),
he was also Director and Managing Director of the Bank of the European Union and of the CIC Group.
A former delegate general of the Comité National des CCE,
Jean-Paul began his career at the French Ministry of Education before joining the Bank of the European
Union.
There he was an executive attaché, a proxy and a deputy director in charge of export credits and the
countries of the East,
Middle and Far East. Ten years later, he was appointed Deputy Director for all international activities
and International Director.
He was also President of the Mediterranean Forum, Foreign Trade Advisor and President of the Asia
Commission,
Treasurer of the Franco-Finnish Chamber of Commerce, member of the Board of Directors of the
Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and of Proparco.
Jean-Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in Science, a master’s degree in Philosophy and is a graduate of
the IEP in Paris.
Charles has been a member of the GTI Board of Directors since 2018.
Charles was Deputy General Delegate of the French Banking Association from 1992 to 1999.
When the French Deposit Guarantee Fund was created in 1999, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of
Directors,
a position he held until 2010. In parallel, he participated in European and international discussions on
deposit insurance as a member of the Board of Directors of the European Forum of Deposit Insurers and the
Executive Board of the International Association of Deposit Insurers. Today, Charles is a deputy member of
the Commission des sanctions of the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) (since its
creation in 2010).
He is also an expert before the Paris Court of Appeal.
Dominique is a member of the Board of Directors of GTI AM and has been a Senior Advisor since 2011.
Dominique was the managing partner of EIM from 1994 to 2005,
which he created in France and developed internationally for 25 years (1991 to 2016).
Prior to that, he was CEO of industrial and service companies in the food, luxury and transport sectors,
after having been a consultant for 8 years at McKinsey & Co.
Dominique is a graduate of ESTP, IEP and holds an MBA from Wharton.
Olivier is a serial entrepreneur. After graduating,
he was Managing Director in charge of CMO (Collateralized Mortgage Obligation) origination and trading at
Kidder Peabody on Wall Street.
Six years later, he co-founded Ellington Management Group with colleagues,
where he established and developed Ellington's MBS/ABS credit and structured products businesses.
Through his tenure, Ellington grew to a multi-billion dollar hedge fund. During his career, he also
founded Titan Capital,
a direct private bridge lending company, and was a founding partner of Arel Capital, a real-estate focused
investment company.
After 27 years, Olivier resigned from Ellington to start a new adventure with Zahavi as Managing Partner.
Olivier holds a Master Of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of
Technology.
Jean-Michel BEACCO
Administrator
Jean-Michel is currently the General Delegate of the Louis Bachelier Institute,
a partnership research network in economics and finance, including the Europlace Institute of Finance and
the Risk Foundation,
based at the Palais Brongniart in Paris. He began his professional career at the Caisse des Dépôts et
Consignations,
where he participated in the first securitization operation in 1990. In 1992, he took international
responsibility for the credit cash,
derivatives and securitization markets at Société Générale (1992-2000), Crédit Agricole CIB (2000-2005)
and Natixis (2005-2009).
He has been an associate professor of finance at the University of Paris Dauphine - PSL since 2010 and has
been teaching at Sciences Po Paris since 1995.
Jean-Michel Beacco is a graduate of École des Ponts ParisTech and Stanford Graduate School of
Business (executive program).
Annabelle WEISS
Managing Director
Annabelle joined GTI Group in 2020, initially as CFO, before being appointed COO and RCCI of GTI AM.
She currently oversees the operations of the group focusing on business development, control of
accounting and financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, while providing operational implementation
expertise on various funds. She has extensive experience in finance, having worked on a number of
investment
funds in different asset classes. A French-American, CPA and former auditor with Mazars, Annabelle has
worked
as CFO for various hedge funds in Paris,
New York, Zurich and Luxembourg. Most recently, she was CFO of a family-owned industrial holding company.
Annabelle is a graduate of ESSEC ('05) and holds a CPA.
Sonia joined the GTI Group in 2024 as Head of Development and Operations after 20 years' experience in the
financial sector.
She began her career at Groupe GTI where she was involved in the origination and structuring of
securitisation transactions. Then she joined the trading desk at Natixis as a trader and then Head of
research on Asset Backed Securities and Collateralised Loans Obligations (ABS & CLOs), before joining the
teams at Nomura as Structured Credit Sales. Passionate about blockchain and cryptocurrencies, she then
took part in the development of Arquant, the first cryptocurrency fund management company approved by AMF.
More recently, Sonia obtained a Master's degree in Data Marketing Intelligence from the Université
Panthéon-Assas, and graduated from HEC and Paris Tech with a Master's degree in Business Tech, after
studying finance at Paris V.
Edouard joined GTI AM in 2021 as a Manager-Analyst and is also responsible for the development of GTI AM.
Edouard began his career in securitization at BNP Paribas in 2003,
working in the London and Paris-based CLO team on the deleveraging of the bank's multi-billion-dollar loan
pool.
He then moved to Goldman Sachs, where he spent four years in the equity derivatives sales team and
developed regional coverage for French and Belgian tier 2 and 3 banks and insurers.
His team pioneered the introduction of commodity funds in the various regional entities,
with a focus on asset diversification and product optimization. Edouard then set up his own business
managing teams of over 10 people,
achieving over €1 million in sales.
Edouard returned to finance and is now spearheading the GTI Group in the Fintech space.
Edouard holds a master’s degree in Mathematics from Imperial College London and a Master Grande Ecole
from ESCP Europe Business School.
Fabrice joined GTI AM in 2016 as Head of Operations. Fabrice has over 15 years of experience in asset
management services.
He started his career at Carmignac Gestion as a trading desk support on all types of financial
instruments.
In 2011, he joined Amundi where he worked in the Middle Office dedicated to the group's structured
products.
In 2012, he joined the asset management subsidiary of the Swiss private bank Lombard Odier, where he
continued to work on funds.
After this experience, he started to specialize in debt funds by joining the management company of the
SCOR Group,
where he managed the Middle Office of Leveraged Loans funds.
He then joined GTI AM to oversee all operations, risk and fund administration.
Fabrice holds a master’s degree in Market Finance from INSEEC Business School.
Frédéric joined GTI AM in 2018 as IT Manager. Frédéric started his career in 2003 as an application
developer focused on open-source PHP within the French Fintech D-Hub,
before joining, as an IED, the consumer tech leader Odigo in 2006. He co-founded and managed BC Concept,
one of the leading development houses in the South of France, before joining Akio, a consumer tech
startup, as a computer scientist and team leader in 2013. Frédéric also has experience at one of the
leaders in IT innovation and digital transformation at CGI.
Frédéric is a tech leader, having led teams of over 10 developers, and has experience in managing
multi-dimensional projects.
Frédéric holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from the Ecole Polytechnique de Montpellier.
Valérie joined GTI AM in 2006 as an Executive Assistant. Prior to that, she worked for 15 years at
Polytems (France and Italy),
a financial communication agency specialising in IPOs and after markets, and then at the private bank
Europe Finance et Industrie as Head of Financial Communication.
She was also assistant to the elected officials in the office of the mayor of Joinville-le-Pont. At the
same time, she is very involved in the Ile-de-France sports movement, notably as President of the
Fédération Nationale des Joinvillais,
the Comité Régional des Joinvillais Paris IDF and other sports movements..
Valérie has a degree in Economics from the University of Dijon.
