The information presented is exclusively reserved for professional clients within the meaning of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID).
GTI AM has formalized a conflict-of-interest management policy in accordance with the regulations in force and has put in place specific measures in terms of organization (means and procedures) and control in order to prevent, identify and manage conflict of interest situations that could be detrimental to its clients' interests. In addition, GTI AM also keeps and updates a register listing, as necessary, the situations in which a conflict of interest has occurred.
In this respect, GTI AM has set up an organization to:
prevent the appearance of conflicts of interest by making all its staff aware of the rules and codes of good internal conduct and by implementing strict rules and procedures.
separate functions that may generate potential conflicts of interest.
to ensure that GTI-AM's offer corresponds to the profile and expectations of its clients and never contradicts their needs. The forced sale of products or services constitutes a professional fault from this point of view, and GTI AM's teams have fully understood this principle.
prohibit personal market transactions that do not comply with the rules set by the company, as these could generate a possible conflict of interest.
train or raise the awareness of all staff concerned in the best practices of the profession.
identify situations of conflict of interest that could affect the interests of clients, by drawing up a risk map of these conflicts of interest. This mapping specifies the types of activities for which a conflict of interest is likely to occur. The RCCI is responsible for ensuring that this map is kept up to date.
inform clients fully and objectively, avoiding biased arguments while pointing out the constraints and risks associated with certain products or operations.
declare gifts and advantages received to the RCCI according to the rules set by GTI AM.
declare, as soon as they arise, situations of conflict of interest in which employees may find themselves, where applicable, to the RCCI, which will take charge, with the persons concerned, of resolving this conflict.
The procedure for managing conflicts of interest can be obtained on request from GTI AM.
GTI AM recognizes that ESG factors can have material effects on the value of companies and their selected securities, and we believe that extra-financial criteria should accompany financial criteria.
GTI AM has developed an ESG policy and makes it available to its clients.
GTI AM has implemented a remuneration policy in order to avoid risk-taking that is incompatible with management objectives and conflicts of interest.
The remuneration policy can be obtained on request from GTI AM.
